CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Studio23 Hair Design Team. All appointments are reserved specifically for your individual hair needs. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, as a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we respectfully request that all clients provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount , which will be added onto your next appointment charge.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  •  A major credit card will be required to reserve any appointment.

COURTESY REMINDERS

  • As a courtesy to our clients, we will send an automated text message to allow clients to confirm their service appointment 72 hours prior to their appointment time. By clicking on the confirmation link, our team will be notified of the confirmation. If the appointment is not confirmed, it will be deemed as a cancellation. Your appointment will not be kept.

  • If the appointment has been confirmed, 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive an automated text message as a reminder of your appointment. However, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Studio23 team member’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone! :)
